In order to increase your conversion rate in Network Marketing, you have to get out of the “paralyzed stage” and into action!
In Network Marketing, especially for new people to the Profession, they end up spinning their wheels in the beginning because they are locked into information overload which stops them from moving forward. In the training video below, Professional Network Marketer, Ben Mueller, explains how to break out of the frozen state and into increased conversions through the two main steps in Network Marketing; Invitation and Follow Up.
- Don't over analyze and try to become an expert overnight
- Majority of your time should be spent exposing the products and/or business to people
- All knowledge will seep in over time
- Teach your team how to not get held up in information overload
As discussed in the training video, to increase your conversion rates, you need to get into action. That action is not meant to be spent on adjusting your desk and office, but rather getting out there and exposing the information about your company and products, far and wide. Personally, I have watched people spend months “getting ready” and never going anywhere because of it.
Learn as much as you can about your company and products, but remember that you are truly meant to be the commercial and not the show. Meaning that you want to use your company's marketing tools to do the explaining. You become a “Professional Pointer” to information and not the source of all the information! When your prospects see that you are not a “Know It All”, they feel more comfortable in their own skin. They end up realizing that all you are doing is pointing them in the right direction and know that they can do it too.
