Network Marketing has been a very interesting discussion, with some totally against the concept due to lack of knowledge. If we take a hundred people who graduate from college or university and we follow them through their career, The 45 year plan, at the end of their career here is what happens to them:
29% are Dead (many from stress)
66% depend on family or state (Dead broke)
4% are well off (Can meet their needs and don’t need charity)
1% is wealthy (Living the lifestyle of their dreams)
This is the system we are living in right now by established market research. OUR economy is broke!
Why is this happening? We have a University system that teaches you how to be a worker bee to add to the total society, to keep our country going! You go to school and get an education, then you get a job and work in the 45 year plan and then you retire and live your golden years depending on other people. What a wonderful concept!
Let’s look into this a little further. When you work for someone else as an employee your employer has what is called leverage on your time. They get to buy you at $40k/Year and sell you at $80k/Year. The corporation, the franchise, restaurant, or whatever the entity/business is; gets to make money on you. You live in what is known as the Rat Race or Time For Money Trap. The more time you give your employer the more money you make. You are trading hours for dollars. The less time you give your employer the less money you make. If you are not there working you get nothing, it is Linier Income.
With this type of living, you are in a line of work without security! And probably a line of work you don’t even enjoy. Even if you are a highly paid consultant you are still considered to be trading hours for dollars. Is this what your life looks like?

There is an industry now that is creating more millionaires than any other industry in the world. It is a growth industry that will probably top all other industries in sales in the near future. It has done in the last few years $75 billion plus in sales of the most cutting edge technology, services and various products that never would have made it in the traditional method of business marketing. What is this industry? It is Network Marketing.
You may say, “Oh no not MLM again!” and roll your eyes but ask yourself this question: “Am I completely satisfied with my lifestyle today and does it provide me with the opportunity to work half the year and take the other half of for extensive vacation?” If the answer is NO then you need to take a serious look at this business model.
Network Marketing is a method of moving products and services from the manufacturer to the end consumer through the most powerful method of advertisement; Personal recommendation or “Word of Mouth”. What do you do when a friend has been to a good restaurant and tells you about it? You go eat there! Now, what would happen if your friend was paid a royalty commission every time someone he has told goes and eats at the restaurant, He would tell more people about the grub as long as he believed in it! That is what we do in this business.
This is a Pyramid Scheme, right? GET EDUCATED.
Pyramid selling or Ponzi schemes are now illegal and have been for many years, Pyramid selling is related to scams where people are encouraged to join a money game with no legitimate products. And the money being made is from the “membership fees”.
People have been scammed on this tactic for many years which has given Network Marketing an undeserved bad name as it is something completely different. Again, in a Pyramid Scheme, no products are changing hands. In Network Marketing, the center of the business model is products. In 1979, the United States Supreme Court deemed Network Marketing a LEGAL and VIABLE business model (93 F.T.C. 618 Amway Corporation in violation of Federal Trade Commissions Act).
Did you know you ARE working in a Pyramid Scheme NOW?
In Network Marketing, people at the top make all the money and the people at the bottom do all the work? Not true. The fact is that nobody makes any money unless products are being used and reaching the end consumer.
In our corporate world, you have the CEO at the top right? Then he/she have their first line of VP’s, the VP’s have all their first line managers, and the managers have all their supervisors, and the supervisors have a bunch worker bees who are doing all the work! Who is making the most money in that organization? The ones at the top are making the money. Now, replace your vision of a pyramid scheme with corporations and get rid of Network Marketing as the culprit.
What is Network Marketing?
In a typical Network Marketing organization you are encouraged to build a network of distributors who have the same opportunity as you to make the same or even more money than you. Therefore, not everyone at the top necessarily makes the most money. This is a marketing system where you can start from the bottom and go to the top and become a top achiever within a company by building your own business. Promotion usually comes from encouraging distributors within your own organization to achieve promotion, totally opposite from the corporate world where promotion usually threatens the higher positions within the company. Therefore you are in WIN-WIN situation for all parties involved in a network marketing company.
This makes it a very different animal to wrap your head around. You mean to say that the only way to be successful is to help others in their journey to the top? YES! The strategy switches from competition and you having to chop the head off of your competitor (your co workers) to actually teaching people how to do what you are doing. Their success is the key to your success.
You can also build your business from a consumer standpoint. Again, in order for you to succeed, you want to have customers that are obtaining benefits from the products and using them on a monthly basis. Therefore, it is a must to join a company that has products that truly work and help people.
New Economic Revolution!
There is a business paradigm shift that is changing the way a product gets to the end consumer. To know this concept you must first understand the traditional method of business. The following paragraphs detail the traditional method of distribution and the new method:
Every level in this old traditional model of distribution has to make a profit on the product that eventually gets to the end consumer. That box of cereal that you buy in a grocery store for $3.75 actually cost the grocery store $1.75. So that $2 is being wasted on the traditional method of distribution because the “middle man” needs to have their cut.
This new model of distribution frees up a lot of cash. We eliminate the warehouses, wholesaler, retailer and advertising budget that companies spend millions of dollars on. The money that was wasted in the old distribution model can now go to two areas; YOU-as the business partner in the Network Marketing company you have chosen and, secondly, into product research and development.
You will see some of the most state of the art products that never would have made it to the market except through Network Marketing. Why is this? Because they have the money to put into research and development and the distributor force who become advocates of the products that may not be well known.

With credit card protection these days, people are becoming more and more interested in buying online. Also, with our schedules getting more crunched every day, we are finding that buying online can free up some of that time.
The Distribution Revolution is here. Network Marketing is quoted in Success magazine as the “Most Powerful way to reach the consumer”. We now have companies like Coca Cola, Microsoft, AT&T, IBM, SHARP, TEXAS INSTRUMENTS, Gillette, Colgate-Palmolive, and Qwest distributing some or all of their products through Network Marketing channels. Why? Because people are burned out and basically ignore other methods of advertising. We have been bombarded with ads every day of our lives and the companies are realizing that they are no longer getting through to us. These companies are a firm testament to the industry’s success and credibility. And you will see, over the next ten years, this industry distributing more and more products and services to the end consumer.
Doesn’t the economy affect the success of a Network Marketing company?
Now that is a great question. Is has been said that Network Marketing is recession proof. When the economy is booming and people have money to spend, they are buying products right? This obviously promotes the consumer side of the industry. But when the economy is down, the other product that this industry offers is in full swing.
The average person in bankruptcy is only earning, on average, $300 less than what they would need to keep their financial heads above water. This industry can provide that extra cash flow to help people stay economically stable. 80% of the distributors in Network Marketing do their business on a part time basis which allows for them to continue to bring in their cash flow from their JOB, and also bring in a stream of Residual Income. Because Residual Income increases over time, sooner or later, they can replace their JOB income with Residual Income. Basically, in down economic times, Network Marketing provides HOPE for all of us.
Great, but what about ME?
With consistent effort on your part, the Network Marketing Industry can give the average person FINANCIAL FREEDOM in 2 to 4 years. If you have a Network marketing business working 7 to 10 hours a week you can double or even triple your income during this time. You can produce residual income where you get paid forever for work you did in the past. Are you willing to trade a 45 year retirement for a 2 to 4 year span of time? There is literally no ceiling on the amount you can make in this industry.
What is Residual Income?
If you had a Million Dollars in the bank right now paying a generous 5% interest, that million dollars would pay you a measly $50,000 a year. Yes I do mean measly. How big is your pension fund then? If you are making $50,000 in a job you would have to have a Million Dollars in your pension to retire on the same income at 65. Shocking isn’t it!! I bet most don’t even have much beyond $5,000 by 35 years old, let alone a million! Alternatively if it took you two to four years to build a Network Marketing business that pays you $5,000 a month in PASSIVE RESIDUAL INCOME you could proudly say, “I have a Million Dollar Business” and you wouldn’t need to lift a finger to make that income flow in! Positive monthly cash flow every month for you and your family to enjoy!
That is the nature of Residual Income. The typical ways to develop this type of income is to; write a song that becomes a hit, shoot a movie that is handed an Academy Award, or have enough money to invest in a hotel chain to create residual rents. The only other way to create Residual Income is to get into a Network Marketing business. Since most of us do not have the talent to write a song or create a movie, nor do we currently have money in the bank to build a hotel chain, Network Marketing could be exactly the way to tap into this form of income.
How does the money come in?
You can make money in two ways;
1. Professionally marketing the products as a small business to residential and businesses. For example, a Chiropractor may advertise the products in their office and, as the clients get more informed on the benefits of the products, sign up as customers and/or business partners, therefore starting the construction of an organization under the Chiropractor.
2. Building a large group of distributors where you get leveraged paid income from the royalties of your network. Your income comes from the up and coming business builders in your groups that are leveraging each levels efforts.
Time leveraged!
What is the maximum amount of time you could possibly work in a week? If you worked six days a week for 24 hours a day you would achieve 144 hours of “productive” work. Let’s look at it another way. If you had 50 distributors in your organization all working part time for 7 hours a week you would have 350 hours of productivity going into your business every week. That is 206 hours more than you could achieve working six days a week 24 hours a day! This is exactly what the currently wealthy already know and implement! That is their “secret”.
The billionaire John Paul Getty is quoted as saying, “I would rather have 1% of the efforts of a hundred people rather than 100% of my own effort”. He understood this concept of leverage. This is exactly what we do in this business. We leverage the efforts of business builders to create residual income from all the people we bring into the business and whom use our products. The best thing is that they all benefit also either from a financial or product impact.
