So you think you need a Masters Degree to make a good living? Think again! There is a huge movement into a very lucrative job sector in the United States today and, for that matter, the world.
We have seen our country move into several different industries since the birth of the United States; Farming, Industrial, Technological, and now; Networked. What Defines a Great Job?
The first thing we need to define is what a great job looks like. It makes no sense to be in a profession that does not bring you some sort of joy and a feeling of value. Therefore, let’s look at what the general public considers a great job;
-Does the job reflect your passion? What makes you get up in the morning? Is there something that brings you so much joy that you would do it for free? If we can intermingle what brings you joy, with a paycheck, we are heading in the right direction. Some examples may be that you; love helping people, enjoy teaching, or are into health.
-Will you have a great mentor and support? A top reason people do not like their job is because of their boss. What if you had mentors whose main goal is to help you succeed? How about not having any boss at all?
-Will you have opportunities to learn? Our make-up is one of constant learning. Almost all humans enjoy learning; therefore, we want a job that will challenge us mentally. Without a challenge, we tend to become bored and the once “dream job” becomes a hell hole.
-Does the job encourage rapid change? Is the job set up to develop you as a human being? The best jobs are ones that make us look at ourselves from a personal development standpoint. The challenges are such that, if we don’t change, our rate of success drops. Therefore, you want a job that will chisel the negative personality aspects and turn them into gold.
-Are you surrounded by positive people? Almost everyone has been at a job where there is that one person that drives you nuts; constantly a Debbie Downer. What if you were able to find a job that was conducive to people that are up to something in their lives and being of service to our brothers and sisters of this world? People that are supportive and loving?
-Do you have time freedom? The average American Worker has 2 weeks of vacation per year and many do not take the vacation because they have to work double time when they get back. Find a job that allows you to be flexible in the time that you work. Many companies these days are seeing the value of this because the employees end up being that much more productive if they feel like they have balance in their lives. But what if you had a job with unlimited vacation.
-Will you be paid what you are worth? Last, but certainly not least, is the matter of money. The top complaint for working adults is that they feel as though they are not being paid for the output they create. Finding a job with the highest pay possible is not impossible. The king of all income is Residual Income which means that the cash continues to come in, month after month, for work that you did in the past. In 7 years of being in the Network Marketing Industry, I have seen hundreds of lives changed through our business and products. Now that is something that brings me joy.
Secondly, what about this great mentor or boss? In Network Marketing, no one has a boss. It is your own business, but, you will have plenty of mentors which are people that will support you every step of the way. You see, this industry is unique because in order for your upline to succeed, they need you to succeed, therefore have a vested interest in your success. Your mentors are there to help you, not to tell you what to do.
What about those opportunities to learn and to experience change? Network Marketing provides us with the ability to be in a constant mode of change. Not only are we learning about our products and business, but also learning how to develop meaningful relationships. We also experience change from the inside. Personal growth is a fantastic byproduct of this business. For example, when I started in this business, I was very impatient with people in general. In my 7 years of Networking, I have learned to be patient through the realization that everyone has the opportunity to do things on their time.
